Q:Why does it typically take about two weeks to make the custom bean bag boards?

A: Everything is made by hand and we spend a lot of time putting our efforts into making a very high quality product. For example, the boards are painted by hand and typically receive up to three coats of paint (and one coat of primer). All edges are sanded and smoothed. Unsightly screw holes are covered. We spend extra time unlike any other seller and go over each and every little intricate detail. In addition, it takes at least 3-4 days to allow the paint to dry before we can ship or package your item. The two weeks allows us to meet customer's demands and gives us sufficient time to ensure that your custom board set is of the highest quality.

Q:What is the shipping cost to my state? Do you offer a shipping discount?

A: The flat rate to any state is $49.99. This is because we spend extra time and care packaging each board set to prevent shipping damage. Shipping insurance and signature/delivery confirmation is also included in the $49.99 fee. We only offer a shipping discount to certain nearby states. If you have any questions or would like a price quote, feel free to email or call us.

Q:How long will it take before my item arrives?

A: Please see the Shipping and Payment page for an Outbound UPS Ground Map View. Typically, once your item ships it can take 1-5 business days before it arrives. We ship from Rochester, MN. We are not responsible for UPS shipping delays once your cornhole set is shipped.

Q:Do you provide a tracking number?

A: Once your item ships the tracking number will become available through paypal. We ship all of our cornhole boards via UPS Ground. You should also receive a shipment email notification once your item ships.

Q: What makes you different than anyone else such as Baggo.com, Dick's Sporting Goods, or other Retail Stores? Why couldn't I just build my own set for less cost?

A: Quality. You will get what you pay for. You can spend the same price (if not more) at Baggo.com or other Retail Store and get a much lesser product which is probably made out of plastic or some cheap wooden material. The graphics may be nice, but the overall quality is much lower. We hand craft each and every one of our boards. You can try to build your own cornhole set but it will not match the quality of our boards and it will be very laborious. As stated previously, it has taken us over a year to perfect our design and we can make our boards efficiently while ensuring the highest quality. Save yourself the time, extra effort, and money and buy from someone who is reputable. The materials we use are much more durable and eye pleasing, therefore our quality is higher. Dick's sporting goods sells some of their product for $90-$100. Why not spend the extra $30 and buy something that will LAST for years to come? The board material we use also prevents the bags from bouncing off the boards since it is typically more dense. So the overall game experience you will have with our boards will be better than if you bought from someone else. In the long run, our boards will outlast our competitors.

Q:Do you meet ACA Regulations?

A: Yes. ACA stands for American Cornhole Association. We specialize in making boards for tournaments and have received positive feedback in the past. The regulation size 48" x 24" that we offer meets these standards. All measurements (height from ground, size of hole, etc.) meet ACA regulations (see first question for official rules and regulations). Our bags are 6"x6" perfectly square and weigh 14-16 ounces, which also meet ACA regulations.

Q: Why do you offer both 36" x 24" Tailgate Boards vs. 48" x 24" Regulation boards?

A: The short answer is convenience. The Tailgate Size boards (36" x 24") are lighter, easier to carry/transport and store. The Regulation Size boards provide the extra foot of space at the base, which allows players to more easily land a bag on the board to receive one point. It is all preference really. If transportation/storage is not an issue then Regulation Size is recommended. We do show a picture comparison of the size difference between Tailgate and Regulation Size in our Custom Miscellanous Bean Bag listing (beanbag3.html).

Q: I noticed the bean bags emit a cloud of dust and slide when they hit the boards. Is this normal?

A: The bags we sell (and dropship) from Lots2ofr (see below) are filled with corn for a purpose and that is to coat the boards and the bags so they slide. When you play on a 'pre-treated' surface, it's difficult to score as the bags shoot right off the back of the board because silky corn dust on top of a 'pre-treated' board does not fair well. Our boards are not treated with polyurethane for this reason and only have exterior paint on the surface. The exterior paint we coat the boards with is very high quality gloss paint and durable over time.

The dust from the corn is to replace any polyurethane type finish. Once the boards and bags are coated from the dust, you have to adjust your play as they don't 'stick' anymore - they s-l-i-d-e. Hence the quote, "Dust is a must." When the bags hit, a little 'cloud' of corn dust will be emitted. This is the reason for using duck canvas - it is a 'breathable' material and allows this dust to be emitted. Yes the bags will eventually break down over time but that is the point of the game.

Q:Why can't you paint the logos on or supply decals for the boards?

A: This is due to trademark infringement. Our product is not affiliated with any NCAA, NFL, MLB, NHL etc. teams. Customer is responsible for purchasing their own decals from a third-party seller, if desired.

Q: There is an error or problem with the bean bags in my order (i.e. wrong colors, defective bag, etc.). What should I do?

A: Please contact or email Lot2ofr (Basia) directly:. We do not do exchanges or deal with the bags directly since we do not make them. If an exchange is to be made, the bags must be returned in a new (unused) condition. If the bag is deemed defective, a replacement bag may be sent out if agreed upon by Lots2ofr.

Q: This item is a gift. Can you ship everything together?

A: Yes. Please contact us so that we know to send the bags along with the boards (with the correct shipping address) so that everything arrives at the same time. Otherwise, the bags may arrive prior to the boards.

Q: Do you specialize in selling cornhole boards?

A: As you can see from our home page, we also sell other product. However, 99% of our sales do come from cornhole boards. We also have past experience from making fine home furniture, cabinets, etc. Our 'speciality' implements a cornhole design that took us over a year to perfect.

Q: I don't see my design. Can you make a design for any team or interest?

A: Yes. As stated, "Don't see it? We can make it!" Email us and we will get back to you within 1 business day with your photoshopped design. Name your teams and colors and I think you will be impressed with how it turns out! We can also do company logos, miscellaneous designs, themes, events, lettering/text, etc.

Q: I have an idea for something out of the ordinary. Could you make something like this?

A: We have had requests for example, an indoor bean bag game with smaller boards (such as 1' by 2'). We can accomodate and make almost anything. Please feel free to email or contact us by email and we will discuss in further detail (and get you a price quote).

  Top

Q: Can you add handles or drink holders to the boards? I don't see them featured in the pictures.

A: Typically the high cost and lack of necessity (or use) outweigh the benefits. We have had requests in the past, however customer's typically buy their own hardware for the handles and install it themselves. Drink holder's would only add more cost to the boards. Our focus is on the overall quality of the boards, not adding a simple feature such as drink holder's. Therefore it is not offered.

  Top

Q: What is your top selling bean bag board design/product?

A: Our top selling product in the past is the mismatched red/white boards.

  Top

Q: How long have you been selling bean bag boards?

A: We started making boards in June of 2009. Since then it has taken off and our business has expanded and we continue to sell bean bag boards on a weekly basis.

  Top

Q: Is all that positive feedback real?

A: Yes. We are very confident in what we sell so we ask all our past customer's to leave feedback. These are NOT all of our customers. Only about 20-25% of customer's actually leave feedback. So these are only a fraction of what we have sold in the past.

  Top

Q: Is there a fee for local pickup?

A: In Rochester, MN, there is no fee. If we must travel outside of these areas to other cities we typically ask for a small fee for gas and time. Please see our Shipping and Payment page for more information.

  Top

Q: How long do these boards really last?

A: We can assure that our boards will last longer than other sellers if properly cared for. The paint alone as stated above is very high quality and we typically add up to 3 coats. We also use HIGH quality materials such as A/C grade plywood and a hardwood frame and these materials are longer lasting and can take normal wear and tear beyond that of other cheaper materials.

  Top

Q: I can't figure out the shopping cart. What should I do?

A: Email or call us. We are very prompt and helpful.

  Top

Q: Do you sell the boards unpainted?

A: Yes. We have sold unpainted boards in the past. Please email or call us for a price quote.

  Top

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are willing to do an exchange within 7 days if you are not satisfied. However, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. The item must be returned in the condition it was received. Typically, if you do not see your cornhole board design listed on our website you may send us a request for your desired team or board colors and we will send you a photoshopped design of your boards prior to making them. Once you agree that the colors and design (i.e. border, striped, or mismatched pattern) are to your liking then we will either send you an invoice or have you pay directly from our website. This process allows us to avoid any discrepancies. Basically what you see is what you get. The pictures listed on our website also help to illustrate some of our past designs (although not all our listed). If you feel that your desired design varies from the pictures shown, please email us prior to ordering so we may further help you. Please also keep in mind that the bean bag colors will not match the color of the boards exactly in some cases, however we try our best to make our customer's satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us by email or phone and we will resolve the issue.
